2. Eligibility

  • Comply with the immigration and educational policies of the destination country.

3. Consultancy and Visa Processing

  • Our role is to provide guidance and support; however, we do not guarantee visa approval or university admission, as final decisions are made by respective immigration authorities and institutions.

  • Any fees paid for consultancy services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all required documents are submitted within deadlines.

  • We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by visa offices or universities.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Our service fees are clearly outlined in our pricing structure.

  • Payments must be made in full or in agreed installments before services commence.

  • Additional costs such as university application fees, visa fees, and translation services are the responsibility of the client.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide honest and complete information for their applications.

  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or incorrect information provided to visa authorities, universities, or International Study Consultant may result in disqualification from our services without a refund.

  • Clients must comply with all legal requirements of the destination country and provide necessary updates on their application status.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data will only be shared with relevant authorities, educational institutions, and service providers as necessary.

  • We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data but are not responsible for unauthorized access due to security breaches beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or changes in immigration policies that may affect your application.

  • We do not provide legal representation or guarantees regarding immigration decisions.

  • Any advice provided is based on available information and subject to change.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients who wish to cancel services must provide written notice.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to service agreements and the stage of the process at the time of cancellation.
